“All of creation is inside of you! You are not hopeless or helpless. You, every one of you, have been designed to be able to see the beauty that is in front of you and cause it to manifest. Know that!”

These empowering and life-affirming words are Nathan Garber’s, a multi-talented personality who wears many hats. Nathan is a community leader, real estate developer, and philanthropist dedicated to supporting single moms and veterans and ending human trafficking. Nathan believes the greatest joy in life comes from living a life with purpose and engaging with what you were created to do. For him, that’s living an impactful life that touches the lives of the underprivileged and vulnerable and help them improve their circumstances.

A veteran realtor, Nathan uses his career to not only make money but also contribute to causes close to his heart, beginning with the family. Nathan owns multiple business ventures and all have a kid-friendly environment, making them a good place to start the training and mentorship of these budding entrepreneurs. The kids can see Nathan and his team doing everything from scratch, which imparts crucial skills and values like hard work and patience to them.

“Kids do real estate business with me,” says Nathan.  “We’re a family team.” That’s not the only thing Nathan does.

In the current world, many people are walking with hunched shoulders because they are weighed down by the pressure of life and seemingly insurmountable odds. Despite everything the world is experiencing, Nathan believes there’s beauty and positivity. He uses his social platform to spread that message to his fans and followers. His Instagram page in particular is an edifying and inspiring platform with countless messages of hope. “Sometimes, we look for such big things that we miss the little constants in life,” one post reads. “A new day, waking up healthy and strong, and so many other things. Also, happy I get to go to New York City today to meet my best friend and business partner for a Yankees game and some great food!!!”

Nathan also uses the page to motivate people to do good to their neighbors and friends. “Rise every day and let your splendor n love shine like the morning sun!” Nathan writes in another post. “There is so much more beauty wanting to shine through us to elevate people around us than we are aware! So open up……and let it out!! The more we open our hearts to the beauty and wonder around us, the more of that beauty that flows through us and brightens someone else’s day!”

On his part, Nathan strives to use every opportunity to serve and uplift. Currently, he is using his platforms to raise money for his non-profit that fights human trafficking. His call is for people to take a moment and think about the plight of the families who lose their loved ones to this crime and the fate the victims endure. Donating to Nathan’s foundation is one step in the right direction, together with raising awareness and advocacy. Some money from the foundation will also be used to support veterans and single moms with limited opportunities to give their kids good lives.
