Flattum started his personal property portfolio when he began repurchasing rental properties in 2004. This soon transpired from single-family homes to office complexes, “then I bought a few office complexes and then four-plexes, eight-plexes – just slowly starting to step it up to a new level each time,” he says.
Flattum took his conventional morals with him after growing up in humble beginnings when it came to spiraling up in life. The family-oriented American didn’t have much money, to begin with, but vowed to lead with loyalties in his career and personal life. “I always wanted to work hard and have a better lifestyle for my family and me,” he explains.
Since then, he has turned Build Strong and his upcoming real estate business into a family-owned and operated company proud to serve the Minnesota communities. With his family-oriented leadership structure, Flattum is now educating others by allowing them to feel liberated, empowered and inspired to make a difference.
